.... so, the first step to learning about your health and wellness and get started on feeling better and having more energy is to purchase the vivaBALANCE program.
You will then be sent the sample collection kits in the mail so you can take the vivaBALANCE test comprising a lifestyle assessment, a comprehensive gut microbiome test called vivaBIOME, and an assessment of your metabolic profile via the vivaMETABOLITE test.
Your tests results and lifestyle assessment are analysed using vivaLAB's proprietary algorithms to develop an individual personalised recommendation of probiotics, essential nutrients, amino acids and supplements. The Precision Nutrition Plan and any probiotics or essential nutrients recommendations are reviewed by one of our clinical dietitians.
Your results from the testing, and your Precision Nutrition Plan are delivered via your online portal, myVIVA. As these are being sent for your to review, vivaLAB is shipping your first box of 30 sachets. These supplements are then delivered monthly with a 30-day supply. vivaLAB also has a program to help you stay on track, with emails and an app (to be released in the near future). vivaLAB is on this journey with you, as much or as little as you need.
After 6 months on the supplements, it is time to take another test, see how you are progressing and whether your biology has changed due to your lifestyle changes or just from ageing. Your plan is then amended to reflect progress so you can keep living better, longer!

We will begin by asking you to complete a lifestyle survey, a series of questions about your health goals, lifestyle, if you are taking any medications, allergies and diet as well as sending you two sample collection kits to understand what is happening with your biology. vivaLAB algorithms and dietitians review your INDIVIDUAL data to recommend a wellness plan of personalised supplements and dietary recommendation which are best for you.
You will receive the results online in a consumer friendly form allowing you to understand what you are doing well and areas for improvement, whilst the recommended personalised supplements are being shipped to you in our convenient daily sachets.
Then every six months we repeat the testing to make sure you are on track, and to tweak the program to ensure you are living better, longer!
You’ll receive 30 personalised sachets which contain your recommended daily supplements from the Precision Nutrition plan in a convenient and environmentally friendly dispenser so you can just grab and go! The amount of tablets in each sachet varies from customer depending on what your recommendation is from your INDIVIDUAL data.
Given the importance of a balanced microbiome to deliver optimised nutritional absorption, all packs have at least one personalised probiotic. You will also receive an information booklet outlining the benefits of each essential nutrient, probiotic, and amino acid you may have been recommended and its ingredients. As you get to the end of your sachets, we’ll prepare for your next pack to be shipped out to you!
We currently only offer one vivaBALANCE subscription per email address. To create packs or subscriptions for your family members, you can create different packs under different email addresses for each member, so each person’s pack is personalised and tailored just for them!
Yes! Once you place an order for vivaBALANCE, you will be prompted to create an account and password in order to complete the customer Lifestyle Assessment, receive your sample collection kits, your results in a customised report and ultimately your Precision Nutrition Plan, personalised supplements, and follow up tests.
You won't be able to create an account until you've placed an order with us and gone through the checkout process. vivaLAB considers your personal data to be of the highest importance, so we do not ask you any personal questions until you move forward and become a customer.
We deliver orders anywhere within Australia.
We work hard to ensure your order arrives as quickly and safely as possible.
Currently, we only ship in Australia where it will take up to five (5) business days for your sample collection kits to arrive from the date of purchase.
Approximately 4 weeks after your sample collection kits have been received by vivaLAB testing facilities, our first Precision Nutrition Plan is sent to you via email indicating you should log into your myVIVA account to view the results. Simultaneously, your personalised probiotics, micronutrients and amino acids will be dispatched from our facility, and should take no more than 5 business days from the date of receiving your results. You'll receive an email containing your tracking details as soon as your order has been dispatched and scanned by the courier.
Thereafter, vivaLAB aims to deliver no later than 48 hours before your 30 days of supplements have ended. An email informing you that your supplements subscription has been sent with a tracking number so you can track the product as well.
Shipping is FREE. This includes sending your tests to you, the return of your tests to us and the delivery of personalised supplement and vitamins program every month.
