Over 25 years experience in the healthcare sector, Andrew has worked with some of the world’s leading healthcare artificial intelligence and data analytics companies on the development of personalized medicine strategy, the use of data in new pharmaceutical development and improving an individual's quality of life as you age.
Previously, CEO of ASX listed BioDiem and CEO of the Trans Tasman Commercialisation Fund, an early-stage VC investing in university backed deep tech, Andrew has successfully built and exited assets as a VC investor and start-up entrepreneur. As an investment banker, previously at Morgan Stanley and Deutsche Bank, Andrew has advised Boards from start ups to leaders in international pharmaceutical and healthcare markets, as well as general industry-based companies on corporate strategy, capital raising and structuring, merger, acquisition or trade sale options.
Andrew has a Ph.D in molecular biology from the University of Melbourne, Bachelor of Science (Hons), and an M.B.A. from the Melbourne Business School.
Over 30 years experience in biomedical research, business development, technology commercialisation and industry/government engagement.
He has executed significant transactions in the pharmaceuticals industry, as well as building research alliances and out-licensing opportunities between industry and academia. Previous roles include senior executive BD positions within academia and biotech as well as non-executive Director of a number of start-up companies, as well as the position of Business Development and Licensing Director, INOVIQ and Global Head of Research and Business Development for Ward Medication Management.
Rocco has a Ph.D, Faculty of Medicine, University of Sydney and an MBA from Monash University
Over 25 years experience including the design, delivery and evaluation of large and complex clinical and community trails that explore the influence of dietary patterns and dietary composition on health outcomes. Pennie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) and Nutrition Scientist with a demonstrated history of working in the research and health industry. She brings expertise in weight management (including nutrition and metabolic weight loss surgery), metabolic health, chronic disease including type 2 diabetes and heart disease using health technologies (CGM) including mobile phone applications.
Pennie's skills and experience have led to commercialisation and scientific publications including community weight loss programs delivered online or through community pharmacy (Impromy.com) and her co-authorship of the CSIRO Low Carb Diet Book (2017) and the CSRIO Low Carb Everyday Book (2018); and The CSIRO Healthy Gut Diet (2017)
Pennie has a PhD, Faculty of Medicine from the University of Adelaide, as well as MND. B.Hlth.Sc (Physiology)
Over 30 years in marketing and the digital economy, Paul has built a career both as an experienced executive and successful start up entrepreneur.
Currently, VP of Customer Success for APX and Japan at DocuSign, Paul has previously retained roles as Vice President of Oracle Marketing Cloud across Japan and Asia Pacific responsible for all Oracle Marketing Cloud customers in the region. Prior to Oracle Paul was founder of Eservices (Australia's largest Enterprise Email Service Provider - acquired by Responsys in 2010), and founder of Blue Digital (a Digital Advertising Agency acquired by Clemenger BBDO in 2004). After the sale of Eservices Paul remained with Responsys growing the business across Asia and Japan.
He has experience in marketing technology, software, advertising, and consulting services. Paul has an MBA from the Melbourne Business School.

Over 20 years experience in driving transformation in numerous public and private sector businesses.
James currently retains a number of Non-executive roles in the private technology sector.
Previously, Non-Executive Chairman, after leading the trade sale of Genie Solutions as its CEO to Citadel Health. Prior to Genie, James led MYOB's Business Division to boost the productivity of its one million SME clients, as well as playing a key role in the exit by Bain Capital. Prior to this, James held roles at Macquarie Telecom and SaaS Pioneer, MessageLabs.
James brings extensive experience in SaaS business models as well as the development and management of healthcare databases.
